Our KY 97 Metal Building Kit, classic American high pitched roof, has standard features which other companies consider options and charge you extra. The KY 97 roof pitch is 4/12 and our "original rigid frame" trusses are a unique, patented design that gives superior strength through flush mounted galvanized "Cee" girts. The wall "Cee" framing is on 2 ft centers, making your interior ready for stall walls, liner panel, drywall, finish paneling, or using the girts for handy 6" shelving. Our buildings are designed for EZ framed openings for all type of doors. Super "R" values can be achieved by placing insulation batts in the 2 ft girt and purlin spacing.

You can make your building color selection from eight beautiful colors. Deluxe "supersized ribbed trims" are always standard. Full hard 100,000 psi high tensile steel cladding with baked enamel has spring like resistance to abuse. The KY 97 is cladded with our exlcusive K roof panel and KW wall panel. We engineered this panel to meet our customers need for a commercial look, waterproof fit and economical price. The self-drilling fasteners are color coded to match your metal cladding. A 40 year warranty covering your building exterior is standard.
