We improve on the Enhanced Package by adding more wall framing for the most framing in the industry and a 40 year color roof. Kentucky Steel’s “original rigid frame” trusses are a unique, patented design that gives superior strength through flush mounted wall framing. Our buildings are designed for EZ framed openings for all type of doors. We can design your system for any weather conditions!

You can make your building color selection from thirteen beautiful colors. Deluxe “supersized ribbed trims” are always standard. Kentucky Steel engineered our panel to meet our customer’s need for a commercial look, waterproof fit and economical price. The self-drilling screw fasteners are color coded to match your steel cladding.
Many options for overhangs with soffit, self-supporting roofs, porch roofs, wainscoting, insulation, gutters and downspouts, windows, doors, cupolas, etc. are available to purchase through your steel building one stop shop, Kentucky Steel.

Can I buy my own garage door and use it on my Kentucky Steel Building?
Yes, we can provide the framed opening and trim package for the door you want. If you have special requirements for your door, let us know and we will make sure you get what you need. We can manufacture custom mounts, trim, framing etc. Isn’t nice to deal with the factory?

What is the standard size for a 2-car garage?
Normally a 30×30 building will accommodate a two-car family. The height of the building will be dependent on the size big door or doors you want. You can put a 16×10 door in the gable of a 30x30x10 building.

What is the standard size for a 1 car garage?
Normally a 24×24 building will accommodate a one car family. The height of the building will be dependent on the size big door you want. You can put a 10×10 door in the gable of a 24x24x10 building.
